Healthy summer salad!

If you are trying out a gluten-free or a no carb diet, this is a perfect nutritional plate to enjoy! It includes natural protein, fats and fibre, excluding processed and heavy carbs! Perfect for those trying to keep trim!

All you need is a few salad leaves, some chopped apple, cheese, boiled eggs, ham and coleslaw, topped with a drizzle of white balsamic vinegar!

The sweetness of the apple combined with the tart vinegar and soft cheese was amazing! Overall, a good nutritional lunch and quick to make.
